The Alpha Geek team will manage the day to day operations, but we always include our partners in the long-term and strategic decisions about the property.

We all invest because we want CASHFLOW! And because of this, we distribute profits to our partners on a monthly basis.

Partner Questionnaire
The first step in building our partnership is for us to get to know each other! You'll fill out a brief questionnaire that helps our team better understand who you are as an investor, what your goals are, and whether or not investing with us is the right decision for you.

Partner Strategy Session
This is a one-on-one call with our team, where we take "getting to know each" other a step further. It's an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have about our team, our process, and our goals.

Financing
If we both feel that you coming on as a partner is the right decision, we'll introduce you to our lending partners in our target markets. From there, you'll get pre-qualified - this will allow us to move quickly once we find that perfect deal!

Property Selection & Closing
Once we identify a property that we'd like to purchase, we'll share it with all of the folks that have expressed interest and obtained pre-approval from our financing partners. Then, on a first come first serve basis, we'll select the partner to actually close the deal with, and purchase the property!

Property Setup
Once we close on the property, our team will execute our detailed Property Startup Checklist, to ensure we get the listing live properly and quickly.

Go Live!
The last (and most exciting) step - taking the listing live on various short term rental channels! From here on out, it's about optimizing the listing and driving to increase profits.

Tony Robinson is well known in the world of real estate investing as the host of the BiggerPockets Real Estate Rookie podcast (over 2 million downloads). After starting his investment career by purchasing single-family homes as long term rentals, he found the tremendous opportunity that short term rentals provide, and has since focused 100% of his efforts on growing that part of his business.
Tony's expertise is in building systems and creating the automation needed effectively manage multiple short term rentals at once. He's also the head of acquisitions for Alpha Geek Capital and puts each property through rigorous analysis before adding it to the portfolio.
